July 22, 2023, A tripartite memorandum of agreement was signed on Wednesday between the Bureau of Fire Protection-Special Rescue Force (BFP-SRF) of the Philippines, TRIS (Safety) Pte Ltd of Singapore, and Best TRARAsia of Brunei at the Best TRARAsia Training Centre in Seria. The agreement aims to enhance regional cooperation, knowledge sharing, and joint rescue operations using Rope Tactics. Witnessed by Philippine Minister and Consul General Pete Raymond V Delfin, the signing formalized a commitment to improve rescue expertise and emergency response capabilities in the region. The Brunei Fire and Rescue Department (BFRD) was also represented, and Best TRARAsia’s role includes providing advanced training facilities for rope tactics rescue.
